COMM-SERVICES LLC 401-429-2943, NJ Comm-Services B Sending and Billing for Bootleg Movies Never Ordered By Consumer Ocean, New Jersey

I noticed this charge for 9.95 from COMM-SERVICES LLC as pending on my credit card account.  I couldn't remember ordering anything, and made a note to make inquiries. 

After a few days I received a plain white envelope with a dvd in it, "When Women Lost Their Tails."  The return address on the envelope said Comm-Services B, 3500 Sunset Ave. Ocean, NJ 07712.  I never ordered this, or any other, film from these people.  I don't know how they got my card #.  I did a web search and discovered this site with ripoff reports describing exactly what had happened to me.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and, after I described what happened, the guy said, "You're kidding!  I just got off the line with another customer with an identical complaint!"  I noticed all the dates on these complaints are within the last few days, so I decided to add my complaint.  Maybe together we can stop these scammers.

I will be watching carefully for any further charges like this and will close my card if there is another.
