COMM-SERVICES LLC 401-429-2943, NJ Sent a bootlegged DVD, charged my credit card 9.95 Ocean, New Jersey

I was sent a DVD, "Die Hard Dracula" that I definitely did not order.  My visa card was charged 9.95.  When I called the number on my statement, I got an answering service that would "get a message to the company".  I immediately looked them up on the internet and found this site with many complaints registered against them.  I am very careful, I can't imagine how the got my card #.  The only two things I have ordered in the last 2 months were flowers for Valentines day and an order through Vitacost- who I use all the time.  I saw someone mentioned Wells Fargo accounts, my card was from a local bank.  As I saw that this was something that people felt would be monthly like a "club", I called the bank and they closed the card.  Yup, I have to wait a week for a new one, but it's better than giving these people another $10.
