My situation was like others here, though I haven't received any unordered DVD or other product in the mail at this point.
Capital One called to say there was suspicious activity on our credit card, with a charge for $9.95 from COMM-SERVICES LLC 401-429-2943 NJ. So I googled the name on the charge and found this site.
I also ordered from I-Kitchen one year ago this month (April 2009), but the order was "back-ordered" - I called nearly every day for a few weeks and they finally credited the charge back to my credit card in May 2009. If this COMM-SERVICES LLC is connected, maybe they think a small charge a whole year later won't be noticed?
Capital One has cancelled our card and will send a new one, which is a pain, but I am thankful for their vigilance!
I hope this scam gets brought down quickly!
