"Consumer Portfolio Services" And "The Finance Co." cps collector Intmaitland, Florida

I have work for this company for years, is a good company but my co/workers are garbage. they threaten horrible the clients how they will repo their cars when accounts are less than a month, I have seen reps and supervisor printing extension on accounts that have never spoken with clients  maybe about 90% of the extension or so called deferment are all fake all 3 managers aware whats going on with reps and specially supervisor are doing. the supervisor even take all checking account numbers informaiton from the system called CAC's they force us act as if you speaking to the client by calling cell mute the phone and do the payment end of the month is unbelieveable the complaints calls we get and they all cover for each other I got fed up of all dirty work, almost all supervisor act thiefs, other reps complaint of other rep how the behavior is they just don't do anything. is a shame how management has turned out to be. now heather is gone Eric van eaton taken over, even his wife works their and a lot of reps complainting due to her behavior and screaming to reps to push push on client, tish bird another supervisor she do payment on line with customer credit information, kathia rodriguez is another dirty sneaky person she fakes extenstion reps has the trick of signing the extension and faxing it to another fax machine in the office is like a games, richard silva, anthony mazarano, davina hills, paola robles wifey manager, charie hampton, jose bernier, they all nasty to the customer I have heard most of them treat customer ignorant, pafoons, garbage, all foul language in the book, I have heard reps leave messages on clients voice mail amount due, repo statues, foul language, even call neighbors say all their financial statues, also to family and friends, and I do not know if people are aware of saving those voice mail can sue the hell out of CPS, people!!!! you need to save all those messages and get an attorney, CPS make millions of dollars in a month. the little few honest reps are also forced to fake extension, some time not even aware that extension has process until sneaky supervisor do it, and take fake payments, other rep have complaint to management about the garbage that is going on and they do not do anything, anyone who has an account with CPS should asked how many extension or deferment they have in account I bet you will find something weird ask if you can have a copy I bet you they will give you hell. I have sent also letters months ago to the president also to the Virginia office they all aware of the dirty job, possible their is more crap that goes on that I might have not mentions, also the reps act as investigators, repo agent management provide us with cell phones from: 2 texas, 1 lousiana, 1 new jersey, 2 florida, we sit on station fake the voices and client falls for their crap on the phone. there is no repo agent or investigator they are fradulent people,  have complaint for months and seemsthe governemnt or BBB alos don't care is again a good company when you have management that could be honest but is all an illusion.
