Credit Report.Com ,MNI Credit Report Charge my debit card for a credit report from Equifax when it was suppose to be free Canoga Park California

On 8/18/2007 I ordered a Free Credit Report, but they required a debit/credit card before you could obtain the information, but you had 30 days free trial membership. They charged my card because they said on 8/19/2007 I order the 3 credit bureaus reports plus credit scorces. There is no way I ordered this report because I was in the hospital, no where near a computer. Besides charging my debit/credit card without my knowledge, they cost me $125.00 for insufficient funds charges. They do everything fraudulently.

When I called them all I got was the run around and was treated like I was a criminal. I have e-mailed them since my conversation with them 8/29/2009 demanding a refund of $149.95, wich is the cahrge of $2.95 and bank fees of $125.00. I am also contacting my State Attorney General, BBB, Internet Fraud Division, local sheriffs department and anyone else I can to stop this company from doing this to someone else.
