I recieved a letter via postal delivery on Creditreport.com letterhead (obviously copied) that read.

" Good news , soon your membership will be more valuable then before "

Under the statement was an account number and a few paragraphs explianing my account would be charged 32.95 starting Sept. 21 , 2013.

I immediatly called creditreport.com at 1877-297-7790 and discovered that I did not open an account. Experian ( The Father company of creditreport.com ) Did. They used my SSN and banking information and were ready to take the money. What I discovered was the account was not in my name but was in the name of Experian and all security questions had been entered fraudulantly by Experian. None of the account information other then my name, SSN and bank information was related to me.

This letter signed by Douglas Sash, Senior Vice President, Customer Care of creditreport.com

This is a blatant Fraud, Identity theft situation from a Credit Repoting company that is used by every Creditor.

Had I not responded to this letter. They certainly would have taken the money.

The information I recieved was confermed in the phone conversation at 10:33am CST on 9/17/2013. These calls are recorded.

I must add, I did not use my creditcard or authorize its use. They did but I have taken measures to insure the charge is not excepted. I do not believe the agent cancelled this account. I believe it is a scam that cna only be stopped by the consumers efforts.

How many more people recieved this fake ( real verified ) letter.
