I signed up for this trial off which I thought was a trial tube at a low price to try the product. However, once I clicked the link to charge me the $1.95 for the so called trial tube, I noticed a section that popped into the view of my screen with a charge of $58 and some change. I immediately called the company...I mean it could not have been more than 40 seconds later that I called to cancel. The representative told me that I could cancel but I will still receive the product and be responsible for the $58 charge. I literally called within seconds of clicking the link and she said the product has to be shipped out now regardless if I cancelled.. WHY!!!
If I am calling before they sent it out, not even a full minute after ordering, then why is this company sending the product to me.... Here's why:

They bill your credit card for the 14 day trial.... then send you the product and tell you that you have to use your own funds and send the product back to them or they will charge you the $58. So, today I will be out of the $1.95 they charged me to send me a product that I immediately called and asked them not to send and then when I receive it, I will be out another $6 to send it back to them , just so they don't charge me for the product that I asked them not to send in the first place. Almost $10 out of my pocket and in the end I get nothing for it......

Bad business...... I will be disputing the charge with my bank and filing complaints with consumer affairs, attorney general and BBB.

This company is making money off people who don't even want their product!
