Debt Settlement USA No one from this company will talk to me! I believe I have a case of abandonment! Scottsdale Arizona

My husband recently had an accident that had him semi-ambulatory for three 1/2 months. During that time, the economic news was dire to say the least and we wanted to be proactive with settling any debts as my husband's position was in question. Debt Settlement USA called us and I did my research on their company. I didn't realize I did my research on their web site.

We started withdrawals in January 2009. I have called numerous times and e mailed the first counselor I had at this company. She informed me that she had too many people to work with. I went back to the salesman that initially talked to me and he said he would take care of this problem.

Since then, I have called, faxed, e mailed and called again, all to no avail.

I have been contacted by one of my creditors that they are going to take us to court. I faxed this information to Debt Settlement USA with a plea to assist us. I have yet to talk to anyone at their facility.

I am looking into Small Claims Court because I believe I have been completely abandoned. It seems no one at Debt Settlement USA will take care of this case. They have, however withdrawn the requested amount each month.

I am in complete support with Jake and would definitely look into a class action lawsuit.
