Dell Financial Services approved my account in less than 30 seconds. My merchandise was shipped. When I went online to manage the account and make payments they have given me the run around and a block was put on the account. I have spent over 5 hours and numerous calls on the phone to get this account verified. The Supervisor again just told me he couldn't verify till next month, but he would be glad to take my payment on the phone for only $14.95 service charge. What a crock of crap.
I get protecting someone from identity theft, but they should have done that before the merchandise was shipped. I am about to box it up and send the whole thing back to them.
Borrow from someone else or go to local store. Dell Financial Services is unprofessional, you can't speak to an American. But the collection department can verify every piece of info I have by a US rep and collect $14.95 convenience fee.
Disappointed! Be warned.
