DermaLux Anti agin serum Somewhere not in the US Internet

DermaLuxe stay far away!! After seeing an ad on Yahoo that looked legit I fell for the trail offer of their product which was an anti aging cream. I fell for the the advertising, the great looking pictures. It appeared to have come from People Magazine so I trusted it. After my credit card company sent an email asking if the $5.99 and $4.95 were real charges I began to question myself and googled the product. I saw this websites report and the mention of an auto ship which I was looking for but did not see. Since I had not received a confirmation from this company I called my credit card company to disbute the charge. My card had already been charged, after one hour on the phone (thank heaven for Cris at Capital One as she assisted) I believe we have it canceled but am not convinced. The first round with someone who spoke very poor English ended with them hanging up on us. The second round also with a poor English speaking person got some better result, even though she continued to read her script about the product. She then agreed to refund half! Stay far far away they are a scam!
