Dermaluxe Beauty and Supplement Products I ordered a 14 daytrial of Dermaluxe. They sent 2 products and they came 2 days before trial ended. I called would not let me cancell my trial said they would extend it . I told them i never opened the package i will NOT get off this call until this matter is taken care of . After a 30 minute drama he said he would and send me a email confirmation. I have yet to recieve the confirmation and he just added 14 more days to trial said what would please me to get me calmed down and off the phone. Now im forced to cancell my credit card. WHAT IS HAPPENING!! Boca Raton Florida

 I was a victim of Dermaluxe the company name is also called Beauty and supplement products. I called to get my 14 day trial they sent me a confirmation email and had two products on it i only odered one after the 14 day trial they charge you $99 per product. I received my product 2 days before the 14 day trial period was over I never open the package I called the number from the original post and it was a wrong number I found another number in my emails and that one worked. When I was finally connected to a customer care I was on the phone for over a half an hour arguing about extending the 14 day trial. And how he would not cancel I told him I would not get off the phone without cancelling this order and I would be sending it back in the unopened package. Finally he assured me that it had all been cancelled both orders and I would be receiving a confirmation email never happened. Now I am in the position to have to cancel my credit card they will not let you cancel they tell you they did but they don't these people need to be prosecuted!
