Dermaluxe Fraudulently took money by adding another product and charging $200.00 Wilmington Delaware

On the Internet I wanted to try a product for $4.95. No where on the site did it say that it was for 14 days. I looked everywhere. As I made my order, it asked if I wanted to try a second product, Vibrant Skin, for another $4.95. There was no place to say yes or no, just continue. I pushed continue.

When I recieved the order there were the two products. Two weeks later $200.00 was taken out of my account. I went to the bank to try to fight it, but it was no use. I had to cancel my account and open another one so that they wouldn't take more money out. I had bounced check charges because they drained my account.

Also, there were no instructions, no list of ingredients. I was also told that I could not return the products because it was after the 14 days.
