I kept receiving calls to try the new cream that was advertised on Sharktank, I decided to go ahead and order a bottle as it was offered for a trial period at the shipping cost of 6.95. I received a broken bottle with the bottle pretty much emptied as to it breaking in the mail. They did not send any information regarding the company nor the trial period. The address is to a post office in Miami and all numbers that are listed are not valid. The name on the cream is Dermis for revitalizing anti-aging serum, the package had a name of only BH, on my bank account the name was HEALTHCHARM? I have taken photos and will be canceling my card at the bank, in addition I will contact the Original company that I intended to purchase from. Do not fall for this scam!

Epidermis I was lured into the store by one of the store managers and he convinced me to buy two creams for $272. As soon as I walked out the store I felt uneasy and returned within 5 minutes to return the product. The product was in original bag, unopened with receipt. The store manager told me to come back on Sunday when the billing person would be there. I came back the same day 3 more times and got sent away. Came back on Sunday and the billing person was no where to be found. This is a total scam. They lied to me that I can return it another time and told me to come back. Waste of time and money. The same product is online for $50. They should be shut down for scamming people. I want my money back. I still have the original product and bag unopened. I want to get rid of it and get my money back. New York New York

Inherent Beauty and NeuDermis I ordered a free sample of , what I thought, was Christie Brinkley's product, because her picture was on the sight the whole time. It said that the sample product was free but I just had to pay for the $4.95 shipping and handling. I then gave my information for the order and tried to submit the order but it wouldn't let me close out until I agreed to also order Neudrmis for an additional $3,.95, I agreed to it . NeuDermis Cream The company claims they sent me a shipping which obviously I never received. After the date of October 28th I called on November 2nd to cancel my order because I never received it. On my first attempt someone answered the call and then hung up. I retried and 15 minutes later I talked to a representative who cancelled my order; gave me a cancellation number. However the transaction was never reflected in my BA credit card account. No refund was issued. I am still trying to rectify this matter. Upon calling December 14 they are telling me an order was shipped and I have to call the US postal Services to inquiry where my package is. If the information is correct why didn't they tell me on November 2nd to track my shipping order. The company is a fraud. They didn't specify Internet

Neudermis Charged $4.95 and $3.95 for shipping with a free 14 day trial. On day 15, I was charged $89 for one product and $88 for the other.
