I ordered from their website over the phone and requested overnight shipping (On Friday to get to me on Saturday) and asked if it would be there by Monday at 5 (latest). I really needed the product by Monday. They called the post office and assured me it would be. It came on Tuesday. I had no use for it at that point, so I didn't accept the package when it came. They charged my card for $365. They said that it would take 30 days or less to get my money back. It's been almost two months and I have yet to get the refund. I call them every day and they tell me that they're taking care of it, but they aren't. Buy this product from somebody else. Don't buy DINAIR!
