Dish Network I called Dish to order their services, but when I told my husband, he did not want it, so I canceled immediately, before they even came out. When our bank nstatement came today, there is a #49.99 char Lockport, New York

I subscribed to Dish Network, but when I told my husband, he did not want it, so I immediately, that same day, called and canceled it. Our bank statement came today and has a $49.99 charge from 4Digitaltv.com that I don't feel like we owe. If you can help us get it refunded, we will certainly appreciate it. Thank-you!

Retailer activation fee

Hello! The $49.99 activation fee is charged when you have a retailer set up an account for you. In this case the retailer would be 4 digital TV. Because they are a third party and collected the payment  of $49.99 we are not in charge of the refund. You will need to contact 4Digital TV to inquire about a refund.
