Upon return to NY the ezpass folks will get their junk back. I'll wait at the booth.
Does this sound familiar? Perhaps another governmental agency in the news a lot?
My point, if you use ezpass beware, if you're considering it, bewarned.

Amazed at the first response, snarky, bloviating and fun. Thing is this has been going on for 2 months, it never needed to happen as the rfid bag was shipped but the transponder wasn't in it. a quick search found it isn't an isolated problem. You don't like it? sorry as it wasn't posted to for your amusment. That I'm not the only problem is accurate. Hense my post, to cause conversation which you don't seem to want as the shouting tends to offend. As long as you're 100% sure please provide your credit card number so I can guarantee reinbursment if the ezpass folks do not. There's no attempt at blackmail, no bullying, no threats, just facts. I'm not embarased, I'm sad to think this site is like yahoo where it's typical to recieve such a silly response to a post.

Your problem is that you cant wait the amount of time nessasary for them to clear this up. The reason you cant communicate with the ppl who make the descion is really quite simple. They dont need to hear your BS or SOB story for them to do their job. All they have to do is look up WHEN the shipment left and WHEN the charges started on your new ez pass. But much like EVERYONE else since the world doesnt "load" as fast as your phone, then they MUST be scamming you. You are as far from the truth as it gets. You need to slap that self importance right out of yourself.
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PROBELEM THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH!! THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WERE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU!! THEY ARE AHEAD OF YOU SO YOU NEED TO WAIT YOUR TURN!!!!GET TO THE BACK OF THE LINE AND STOP TRYING TO CUT AHEAD!!!
Simple minded slack jawed mouth breather....Will the idiocy EVER END!?! I swear WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THAT YOU DESERVE FASTER TREATMENT THEN ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE BEFORE YOU?? Issues like this take time to resolve. Your posting about it goes to show your self important attitude and YOUR lack of patience. You have filed your complaint and Im 100% sure that when they get to you they will do their due diligance and help you to resolve your issue.
And before you go any further in your blackmail attempts online, remember you are ONLY ONE PERSON when they have to deal with MILLIONS!!! You are attempting to set yourself ABOVE everyone else who has a issue. Stop it. You are embarrasing yourself and your family.
