EIN Filing Service Hill Group Investments represented as acquiring EIN IRS number, $247, i cancelled within 1 hour and never refunded Longview Texas

May 16, 2016 I searched for website to file for an EIN number.  clicked a link, proided my information and gave a credidt card for $247.  An hour later I realized that there is no charge for EIN numbers, I called them back and cancelled my request.  Person who answered sounded like I had just awakened her and sounded very young.  I was told my card would be credited, no problem.   

No credit has appeared never appeared on my credit card.  The post to my credit card was on  May 19, 2016.  I started calling May 31, and only get an answering machine with a request to leave a message.  All sounds professional.  I left a message and never recieved a call.  I started calling everyday leaving messages and have not heard from anyone.  

My credit card statement says the charge was from Hill Group Investments.  I call everyday and never get a person or a return call.  I have been calling everyday.
