Elephant structures Build your own carport Put 650.00 deposit and waiting more than 2 months refuse refund Internet

2 months ago we decided to buy a carport from this company. We built the carport online and then out down a deposit of 650.00 assuming they will be installing this soon. After 2 months of waiting I kindly called them and asked when they intend on installing this and advised it would be nice to have soon because we needed it. The woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude and advised me that " they don't work in the cold!" I told her that it's been too months and that I wasn't advised of this when I put a deposit down on the building also advised her it hasnt been all that cold and told her how often I work in far colder conditions. She was extreemly rude. I asked for a refund of the deposit and told her ill just buy one somewhere els because I need one ASAP and don't want to wait much longer and told her I will still continue the purchase only if they can install this in a reasonable time. She refreed me to a diferent department were another girl told me more excuses about ground anchors won't go in the ground in the cold ect... I told her that I'm not worried about this because I have a employee that just wants a roof over his head while he is cleaning cars outside and I don't care if it's crooked or not even a anchored at all which is balonee because I know the cold or worm ground plays no part ot makes any sense of what she was talking about. She was only make ing excuses so I told her that's ok then I just want my deposit back. She refused to give it back and claims I am not in title to one and it is against contract I advised her I never signed anything and will just dispute it on my credit card than and advised her I can't BELIVE she was being so rude and DIFICULT. she said go right ahead it won't work because I can't dispute my card unless it has been 90 days since the transaction and she hu on me. I was totally shocked ... I can't BELIVE I was being so reasonable and these people are so rediculously ruffless! I just want to buy one somewhere els and want my deposit back :(

simply because we need it soon we waited two months with no follow up and now they want me too wait till spring. They should be ashamed of them selfs ! VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY!
