On May 22, 2006 I ordered a BlackBerry Ear Loop Headset from Elite Extreme. Despite several phone calls to the company, they never shipped it. The charge to my credit card went through right away. They had several excuses the item was backordered, they had shipped it but will ship another, etc. Bottom line is the merchandise was never shipped. I never received shipping confirmation, but my credit card was charged. This is a small charge, but may small charges can add up to considerable fraudulent income.

What you need to do is contact your local authorities and file a criminal complaint against EliteXtreme. They will handle it from there. In the end, you may not get your money back, but at least we can try and put this scam business OUT of business.

So you call your CC and tell them to reverse the charge for non-delivery. Your CC will contact their CC agent and if a proper resolution is not in the immediate offing, the charge is canceled.
