ElitExtreme took my money, gladly, but never shipped my cellphone cover. After three weeks I emailed customer service, and was told the part had been backordered and would be in by the end of the week and shipped immediately. I was told the same thing two weeks later.

Unfortunately, by giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I missed Paypal's time frame for filing a dispute.

I asked for a refund, or a comparable cover of my choice -- and got no answer. That was six weeks ago!
