EliteXtreme ELITEXTREME IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF!! Casselberry Florida

I ordered a zebra phone cover, was charged $15 to my credit card, received and confirmation email, but never received the product. I called many times and was put on hold each time before I was finally able to speak with someone. I asked for my product, and they told me it was backordered and did not know when more would be in. I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund, but the woman said they would still charge me the $5 shipping fee, EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SHIPPED ANYTHING TO ME! I did not pay $15 of my credit card bill that month, with a letter explaining why. My credit card company went after them and told EliteXtreme they would not be getting their money. This company is a SHAM!
