Encenta Promotions ripoff Orem Utah

I made a purchase at a restaurant that featured the 2 nights at a Marriott Hotel. I noticed on the form that the certificate had to be a gift so I filled out the form showing that it had been a gift from my company. I received a letter back saying the certificate had not been received in an authorized manner and it is now void. I received the certificate as a promotion from a restaurant when I made a large purchase. I tried to use it and it is now void. As others have stated there is no way other than mail to contact this ripoff company.

It is clear that they make big promises but make sure they do not have to make good on them. There are so many restrictions and conditions that it is nearly impossible to qualify for the gift. I figured this would be a ripoff when I purchased it, but hope spings eternal. Do not bother to do business with this company. I am contacting the restaurant where I made the purchase and informing them that I do not intend doing business with them anymore as a result of their part in this mess. Stay away from this company, it does not deliver!! I also will contact Marriott for their part in dealing with a ripoff company!!
