Encenta Promotions is eager to sell you a 3 day 2 night stay, but once you buy it, they don't deliver. I have submitted the form three times and they continue to refuse to fulfill their obligation. They won't even send back a denial for the third one. My 12 months doesn't expire until 2-28-05, but they refuse to talk to me about it. I have called several times and left three phone numbers for them to call and they have never returned a call. All they have done is send me a card for a another program, which is different and inferior to what I originally purchased. All I want is what they sold to me. All they have to do is deliver what they are out there selling.

First and foremost, OUR company does not sell these certificates to consumers. These certificates are issued by a business that has chosen to enter a campaign and have these delivered in a specific manner. We underwrite the campaign for the company based on their proposed distribution.

You as the consumer must abide by the simple terms and conditions, and if they are not followed based on underwriting guidelines, similar to insurance, then the claim must be sent back and or denied.

If your certificate expires 2-28-05, then you would not have any time to use it based on the terms of postmarking 40 days ahead, and choosing 3 dates 15 days apart that are prior to the expiration date.
