I too fell victim to the games of this company. I followed the instructions and sent the forms in in the requested time frame, however, I was informed they had no travel for my requested dates. Now, shockingly I can not resubmit because the certificate will expire.

I find it hard to believe that they couldn't find a hotel room in Cincinnati on any of the dates I chose. I wonder where they do have travel available and what, is it only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays?

Stay away from this company, they are a fraud and a sham. They send you a certificate that is useless. I have filed a complaint with the Utah Attorney General's Office as well as the BBB. Hopefully with enough complaints they will force this company to shut down.
