I ordered a laptop computer in October that never came.
I had no choice but to cancel the order and request a refund.
I've been waiting 3 months and have received nothing!

Upon finally receiving an e-mail from James at ePCparts.com, I learned that they are no longer selling computers because they could not compete with the market. I received a 'song-and-dance' about how they 'will' be refunding my money and that their accounting department would "begin" contacting me "soon." That was two weeks ago --- and I have still heard NOTHING! I have been told it would be in my best interest to report them to the Attorney General's office of California and hire a lawyer if I ever want to see my money again. If you're in the same boat as me, GOOD LUCK!!!!!
