EPC Parts ripoff, electronic withdrawal of funds from checking account, no refund Park California

I ordered my computer in October. Did not get anything so because of the so called "30 day non delivery of product" clause I was able to cancel the order and was told I would get a refund in 15 to 30 days.

I have sent several emails to the accounting department and have had no response. $1400 dollars???!! Gone. I was told that they had trouble with the company that they were getting the parts from and that they had faulty parts. Therefore they had to quit making the computers and begin to issue refunds. They only issue refunds one day a week. I talked with customer service named Rick and James is the manager?? Pretty slick operation.

As of April 5th, 2004 I have been unable to even get through on the phone. I think they ahve jumped ship.

I even had the attorney general from my state sign a letter. There has been no response.
