EPC Parts, ripoff Winnetka California

EpcParts has not gone bankrupt or even filed for bankrupcy in California according to the Bankrupcy Court there. Call the Bankrupcy Court at: 213-894-319, to check for yourself.

Also the owner's name is Damon Jordon, and his voice in on the voicmaile that takes the messages. He stated in a letter to The Commonwealth of Virginia that he "did" file bankrupcy. Damon Jordon sent a letter to The Commonwealth of Virigia stating they had file. it was dated May 11.2004

EPC Part as of Aug 13, 2004 has a new number and here it is and they are taking e-mails.

They are sending back a standard form email stating they will reply promtely.

They are not only defrauding customers but collecting mail expenses and committing "Mail Fraud". In Virginia they have used bogus Salvation Army Stationary to solicit for their comptuters to cell.

Also, you can contact Ms. Donna Blatherwich of the Los Angelos County Consumer Agency Office at: 213-893-0348. She stated to me she has only received two complaints about EPC Parts. I feel it is because they are committing this fraud in every state and there is no central location to file.

phone 714-985-8920. They have received informaiton in March stating that EPC would make restitution by July 2004. Nothing has been resolved.

I sent money in November 2003. $667.00. I will receive my money or $667.00 worth of complaints and filings to bring this to someones attention.
I am no looking for the local TV station in Winetka, CA to contact if anyone has that information.
