I ordered a laptop and carrying case for a total of $709.00 in October, 2003. I have contacted the company by phone, e-mail and registered letters to no avail. I have asked for a refund starting in November, 2003, and was told that I would receive it in six weeks. I still have not received the refund after many contacts.
