EPC Parts, LLC email solicitation for laptop with account debiting and no product delivered rip off Canoga Park California

Like all the testimonials before me, I was solicited through my seemingly reputable email hosted by Physician's Online. Called the given number, agreed to have my account debited the $800 plus for the laptop and never received it.

Despite numerous phone call, emails, and promises from all the names listed in the previous statements I never received credit. My attorney has forwarded a menacing letter (doubt that it will do any good), I've filed complaint with the BBB and I'm hoping someone will return my call from the Secretary of State's office in California. If anyone has a good idea or has had success in getting their refund, please post your findings.
