Exede internet They misrepresented their services. Upon trial for 10 days. i discovered their service is not adequate for my needs. Requested to takecare of the problem.They do not cooperate and when i requested discontinuation of the service the want to penilize me $15/mo for th next 10 years. They sold me a inferior product/service and now I am the guilty one and nedd to be penalize as if I committed a laww violation. What can be doene about this? Englewood Colorado 80112 Internet

I'm very sorry if you were misinformed aboout our service.We do not have a trial period. All service plan require a 24 month Customer Agreement. Sorry for your bad experience.  First thing I wanted to point out, you purchased this through a marketing company and not directly through Exede.  Did the sales rep tell you there was trial period?  If so, that is not ture.  Exede does not have a trial period.  ALWAYS contact and seek out a LOCAL Exede Dealer, if one is available in your area.  Elite Dealers like myself are here to help you even after the sale.  But first you must conatact a LOCAL Exede Dealer.  This information can be found on Exede's web site at www.exede.com and then look for the Find a local Dealer tab on the bottom.
