I signed up for a 7 day trial for $1.00, called in and cancelled, prior to the 7 days being up. Received a email from the company shortly after I cancelled and since I had already cancelled I registered it as spam, so as not to receive any more from them.

1 year and 5 months later I see they have been charging me $19.95 a month. I contacted their customer support and all they could do is give me back $19.95. They claimed they had no report of me cancelling. I know for a fact I did from my end of the phone. This is a scam!
