Express Scripts Sent unwanted Rx, charged bank account and refused a return! Nationwide

Being a customer of Express Scripts, all was fine till early August when my Doctor removed a drug from my list! "YEAH"

Entered online at ES to cancel auto refill of this drug and that went through. September 9th I was charged $60.00 on my Bank Account!  I called ES twice disputing this charge and shipment I never received and they refused any solution stating the charge will stay as is! Even if I had received this shipment they stood as is, refusing an unopened return and monies back! They claim I canceled auto refill but did not cancel the order?  They must have many customers to treat someone like this and others I see reported here, the impression was "SORRY" your screwed! I did cancel my entire account but I imagine that means little to them! My advice is to stay far away from Express Scripts, they might chat with the elderly and they're questions but real customer service is in desperate need!
