Factory outlet store Advertise replacement dell laptop battery new. Got item did not work was not even compatible as it was not a dell as advertised cgarged15% restocking fee plus I have to pay to return something that is there error an false advertising. I ordered a replacement dell battery for my laptop.  actually spoke with domeone for this order an was assured this was a dell battery.  I was told if for any reason I could return it for an exchange I was never told I had to pay a restocking fee an could not exchange because in fact it was not a dell battery.  When I called they sent me an email telling me how to return item but the told me they could not exchange it for a dell battery as they did not sell these all they had where off brands from china that May to may not be comparable but no guarantees. Ok, fine but why should I have to pay another 15% after already paying the advertised online price for something that was not going to work.  They offered an exchange but as I explained to them it won't operate mt laptop if it's not dell the laptop won't recognize the battery,   I advise anyone using this cokpany not to purchase anything as it will vodt u at least an extra 15% if u need to return it when there items r not even actual advertised items???and the small print u don't see till they send u the return email is u better keep all the brown wrap ur item comes in or ur out of luck.  I had the bubble wrap in came in but the outside was simple brown shipping paper with my address handwritten that's it do never thought about discarding that. Bt hey said there should be an order paper inside.  There was not. Just brown wrapping paper an a battety in a red piece of bible wrap sleeve.   Never never never again will I but from here.   I am now blocking there website doing do not make this error again.  Ended up going straight to dell, not sure why there site didn't come up when I search for this battety, I guess great google advertising goes at top an u think its a dell partner which they r not.   Anyway my lose now I'm stuck with a worthless battery I have to pay to dis guard of properly.... Never again factory outlet store. Never again
