Ferrandino and Son We were employed as a Snow Removal subcontractor for this season.  Williamsport Pennsylvania

 On or about November, 2014 My company; RJT and Sons, was contacted by Ferrandino and Sons, a Pennsylvania based Property Management Co, to perform services as a Snow Removal sub-contractor. I filled out the paperwork, had my insurance companies submit proof of coverage and was given the locations to service. The season started on Dec 2014, and the first bill was submitted for (4) Locations. No payments were received, but i figured it was 30 day billing. Next thing we know, Snow is forecast in January and we began receiving calls from Ferrandino and Son; to service additional locations. I was told that since I was "Insurance Compliant" , could I take on the additional Locations? I agreed, and provided numerous dates of service during the past 2 months. The outstanding balance is now near $ 10,000.00. When I called today, 2/10/15 to inquire about overdue invoices, I was told I am "NON COMPLIANT" and the invoices are being held!

This is by all accounts, "FRAUD"! They should never have allowed me to work for them, and certainly not contacted me to provide additional services when they knew all along I was "NON COMPLIANT" and was never to be paid!

Shame on Ferrandino and Son for putting it to a Little Guy!!!
