festiva festiva adventure club festiva is a scam have had time share for two years but cant use it Nationwide

my 74 year old mother bought a time share with this company in 2012 we have yet to get a vacation have paid out alot of money.they promise her she would never have to worrie about vacation but thats not the case they also put my name on the contract in which im just a caretaker of my mother.we have got nothing from this company.all they told us is a lot and i mean alot of lies nothing had truth to it.how can they get away with taking people money and giving nothing in return.i hope and pray they do get a law suit on them i would love for all the people who trusted them tto be able to get there money back so sad dont buy nothing from this time share
