Finger Hut charging for merchandise that they agreed was returned. ST Cloud Minnesota

I returned a ring to finger hut and they called me saying that I still owed for the shipping and handling.
A week later they called me saying that I owe for shipping and handling and a payment on the ring. I told them I returned the ring and they said they received the ring but I still owe a payment and I would have to continue to make payments.

I informed them that I would turn this matter over to the state attourney general. They actually said "why would you do that?".I also informed them I would put this information on the internet on every website I could find that relates to ripoffs and the person I was talking to continued to tell me that I have to make a payment, I hung up the phone.
I wish I had never heard of finger hut and I hope that anyone who reads this, warns their friends and relatives about doing business with finger hut.
