First Franklin Loan Services refusal to work with us when we were facing foreclosure Pittsburg Pennsylvania

My husband and I both lost our jobs in May of 2007. We immediately began working with this mortgage company in order to avoid foreclosure. We applied to have our payments lowered and that took us until January of 2008 and then the payments were only lowered by 200.00. Not much salvation when we went from making 125,000 per year to lesst than 50,000 per year. We never recovered and then placed our house up for sale. We then began working with First Franklin on a Short Sell Program. That process has taken us almost 3 monthes. We have contacted and faxed numerous packets only to be told that they have not received any of our information. We also received an offer on our house and faxed that as well to them to be told once again that they have received nothing. We will be foreclosed on because this mortgage company has drug their feet in helping us. We did not want this to happen but we have been provided terrible customer service and have been treated as if we were criminals for making an attempt to do the right thing. I hope no one has to go through this with any mortgage company.
