Flowers With Gifted Elegance Ripoff Rude Crude and Don't Order From Them Helena Montana

When calling Directory Assistance for delivery of a floral arrangement to relatives in Montana, we received a local (Helena Montana) number. We live in California, and this was not an 800 number. We called and placed the order with what was believed to be a local florist.

Unbeknown to us, this is some type of boiler room outfit that routes your calls to someplace (maybe New Jersey after some internet research). When we called to wish our relative a Happy Birthday and see if the order had arrived - no news on it. Calls to the original number 406.458.3709 continued to get us routed to voice mail, or just plain hung up on by the rude people who answered. We left numerous messages - they don't care.

I finally got their toll free number 877 718 4095, which is different than their web site number, and have been using it to continue to try and get information. In the meantime, we are disputing the charge.

I don't see how with this experience I could ever recommend them. Internet searches show that they have received bad press before, and the BBB does not recommend doing business with them. Unfortunately the only way that you know is the recording that comes on when you call what you think is a local florist that says "Welcome to flowers with gifted elegance" and then it asks to follow the voice mail instructions. All of the "push to order" numbers are promptly answered.

Anything else, well forget it. Hang up and get another florist if you get that "gifted elegance" crap. Use the internet to search and use someone you have actually seen advertising on. A bargain is not a bargain when you get nothing for your money.
