Flowers With Gifted Elegance ripoff ripoff consumer rip-off fraud fraudulent ripoff business the business that doesnt give a dam Lawrence Kansas

I placed an order for flowers and a balloon for my niece while she was attending a track camp in Lawrence Kansas. I placed my order on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. This delivery never happened. On Wednesday I called several times only to be placed in a voice mail box. I left messages on both sections of their voice mail, to the order department and to the manager.

No one ever called me back. I finally got feed up and called in like I wanted to place a new order and got to speak with a young lady who put me on hold for a long time, but finally came back and asked if I still wanted the arrangement delivered as there had been a problem. I asked what the problem was and she didn't know, but if I still wanted the delivery made they would deliver it that afternoon.

I said yes to go ahead with the delivery. The delivery was not made as of Thursday afternoon, which was when the track camp was over and my niece was headed home. My credit card was charged for the arrangement. I called and again left messages on their machine for the order department and the manager to issue a refund for the goods that were not delivered.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a flower shop. Their greeting when you call goes something like this: Thank you for calling Flowers with Gifted Elegance, we can't wait to deliver your special message of love with our flower arrangements. What a joke! If my niece does decide to go to college in Lawrence Kansas, this is one flower shop that I will certainly stay away from and I will tell all my relatives the same.

I really felt that they should send me flowers for not handling my order properly and try and do everything possible to please me the valued customer. Guess not.
