Look out for other options

When we are not able to pay credit cards there is a relief called "CCCS" which means "customer credit counselling services". This is nothing but a money management company. When we are not able to pay our bills for credit card through GE Money, they have a department named as the latter. In this process you come into an agreement with the debt management company to pay a certain amount to them each month and they send the company (GE) a proposal about for. For a fixed amount of time your APR and Monthly minimum payments can be adjusted. This is like the last resort to turn to before filing for bankruptcy.
Hope it helps! :)

" I WAS PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH WHAT EVER I CAN AFORD"
I'd be willing to bet that your loan agreement does not say that you agree to pay whatever you can afford. It is probably more specific than that.
"ANY BODY HAVE ADVICE"
You have choices. You can pay according to the agreement. Or you can not pay and wait for them to sue you and garnish your wages. The latter is more expensive as they will add on several legal fees to pay for the judgement and garnishment process.

If you financed something and fell behind of payments than GE Money Bank has every right to come after you for the full amount. When you started up the line of credit you understood the terms. It sucks that you cannot pay the $250 a month but no one forced you into doing business with them. Next time, don't buy something you cannot pay for.
