This so-called company advertises in local telephone books to provide support and computer service. They provide nothing.  All they do is charge a customer's credit card and no longer answer the phone for support.  I was contracted to provide service to this company's customers and was NEVER PAID for my services by this FRAUDULENT COMPANY "GEEKS ON REPAIR".  Please beware of giving any payment before service is rendered.  They are a FRAUD.

You poor unhappy human being, how do the readers know your a legit concerned comapny and/or tech?

 

Why dont you let all the readers know your company name and address so everyone knows your not some 3rd party hired by the competitors to sabatoge us online....thats all most of these posts here are anyhow....people hired by our competitors to slander us. You ask about our address? Whats Your company name and address?

Come with it,...whats your companyy name and address?

non payment for services

This is amazing that the same story from many different parts of the Country are still being posted.  These Geeks n Repair need to go to jail for outright fraud.

I wonder if they even pay the advertising company for the phone book ads.

Final conclusion, they do not pay and they collect from the customer.  This is true all over the USA.

 

Anyone have their names or addresses to file charges ???

YES ITS TRUE, WE CALLED THE POLICE ON THAT PERSON because when we send someone to collections for non payment and canceling at the door without calling us atleast 4 hours ahead of time to cancel, we first need to file a non emergency police report to give proof of the incident .

This person was completly in the wrong, he scheduled an onsite visit,, never called to cancel , and then turns us away when we knock on his door.

You should file a rip off report on him, not us. We were never even able to send him to collections,...thanks to you......since we told you we would not have a problem with paying you $50 from our own pocket,...lost money to us really since at that point customer wasnt paying a dime......BUT, you decided to leave....instead of waiting it out so you can give the police your version of the events.

So it happens that we were never able to send this person to collections,...BECAUSE OUR MAIN WITNESS , YOU, UP AND LEFT before helping us file the police report against him.

We agreed to pay you $50 , but for WORKING ....not for driving there, or driving off before the police arrived to give your version of the story.

Anyhow.....we are not in the business of giving away free money.

So ,,....since you did not help us give the version of events to the authoritys, something that would have enabled us to get our money from this person, we were not going to help you either.

END OF STORY,....HUMAN NATURE....YOU SAY THE HELL WITH US  ....WE WILL SAY THE HELL WITH YOU RIGHT BACK.

As a matter of fact, from now on, any techs who post negative comments about us on this free for all , slanderous website....we will do some of the same to their business right back....yes....we will make it so when someone looks your name up on seacrh engines...they find a bunch of negativity and lies about you also.

Louisiana Tech Also NOT PAID by GEEKS on READY

 06.5.2014 I am a Louisiana technician who was contacted by a "Joseph Jamie" via my post on Craigslist. He stated his normal tech was on vacation or not available and he was hoping I could go on a service call for him that night between 6-8pm in Luling, La. He stated he would pay me via Paypal as soon as the call was completed. He said that they were normally a company who repaired issues remotely but that they could not get in this customer's XP machine and needed my help to fix the issue. We agreed on a price of $50 per hour. I specifically replied to his email that contained the "Work Order for the call from his company" stating that If I went all the way out there (this call was 58 minutes from where my last call had been) and the customer cancels or for some reason decides the repair would be too expensive that my minimum fee was $50. He replied that all that was correct and just to be sure I got there between 6-8pm. I arrived at 7:pm to the customer's location. I check in with him as soon as I pulled up in the driveway. I step out my truck and walk toward the customer who had come outside. Well he thought I was the pizza delivery guy..... I introduced myself and stated I was there from "Geeks on Ready". He looked at me and said he had cancelled that call. I called Joseph or Jamie which ever this person's name is and advised of the situation. He asked to speak with the customer. He then proceeded to yell at the customer over the phone. The customer handed me the phone back. Joseph was still yelling at the customer as I tried to interrupt... I was then told to ask the customer for gas money for my troubles. I stated that I was not going to ask that man for gas money. He had no idea who I was and that he needed to paypal me the $50 as agreed because I had just driven58 minutes to get there. He said wait while he calls the cops and files a report..... Long story short I was given every excuse in the book by this guy along with the crazy recordings on the phone when I called. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM. THEY RESPONDED NY SAYING THEY GIVE TECH WORK IN A BAD ECONOMY. I'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM ONE REAL TECH THAT ACTUALLY GOT PAID BY THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE ARRESTED.

Ok,....were done here,..i can see you want to keep this going back and forth for miles worth of online posts,....we have nothing more to say to you,....except either put your money where your mouth is and go after us for whatever trumped up make believe charges youd like to throw your money away on,...OR SHUT UP AND STOP SLANDERING OUR NAME!

Besides everything else youve called us, your now also calling us crminals,......WERE TAX PAYERS! WE GIVE TECHS WORK WHERE THERE WASNT ANY WORK BEFORE! WE HELP TECHS PUT FOOD ON THEIR TABLES BY GIVING THEM WORK IN THIS TOUGH ECONOMY!

SO YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!

 

 I looked a litttle further into your services and your acusations,...it turns out ITS US WHO HAVE SEVERAL RECORDINGS OF YOUR THREATNENING TO COME LOOK FOR US IN NEW YORK,....im sure you remember those dont you? You left those messages a few months back,..tell the readers about that why dont you; ...and you call us criminal?

You have finally crawled out from under the rock wehere you do business.  I have a telephone message from you and your company.  You have never paid me for work performed.  And now by your written repsonse you are threatening to slander my name.  Please go ahead, but make sure you give me your correct address.  I want to make sure the State Attorney Generals office is provided that in my complaint against you. 

California is very strict on non payment of hired employees or sub contractors. Usually jail time when you don't pay up either.  You never paid me and collected from customers that called you for service and charged their credit card for my services which were never paid.  Pretty simple.  You are a rip off !!!!  I am sure the local phione book companies have all the correct info on you as well.  I will pursue them for your company address (if it exists).

Where do you,...a lousy inexperienced tech who had our customer rate him a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10, get off talking bad about us as a company? Who gives you the right to make mention of OUR customers credit card charges? WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CUSTOMER COME BACK AND SAY WE CHARGED THEIR CARD WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!!! NEVER!!

You are an unproffesional tech ,...that and your lousy tech skills is the reason you fell out of grace with us...and how will you like it if we start posting about you and your company all over the internet?? Letting your potential customers know that they need to beware!!!???

You got the name wrong.....its GEEKS ON SUPPORT you are reffering to....not geeks on repair.

Ive looked into Geeks On Repair and they are very legit, but the company named Geeks On Support has several legal complaints filed againts them right now.

Geeks On Support is the company you speak of and i have filed a sexual harrasment charge against one of their employees. Consumers beware,..GEEKS ON SUPPORT is  full of deviants who use craigslist to lure techs into situations like the one this poor guy here is describing.

Geeks On Support should be shut down.
