I was "hired" by Geeks on Repair to service a customer's computer.

I spent 90 minutes, fixed everything, accepted money from the customer via Geeks on Repair's PayPal account. 

I asked to get paid. They referred me to another person to get paid. I contacted them, they were another tech who "owed" Geeks on Repair, and they told me I would not be paid, unless that other tech paid me. They were leveraging a stranger's debt to them, against paying me. They justified not paying me, because this other tech wouldn't pay me for them, to repay his debt. It's insanity, I've never met a company so evil. I collected $149 dollars for this company, and they harassed me when I asked to get paid.

Geeks On Repair removes viruses

I almost did not call Geeks On Repair for service after reading this post by this tech. However I'm now glad I did , since Geeks On Repair after giving me an explaination about why this tech would write such a thing. They told me that this tech was actually someone who knows or knew the other tech in question. Also was explained to me that techs are allowed to collect cash directly from Geeks On Repair customers , but many times "conveniently" forget to pay Geeks On Repair their portion. Also , the Geeks On Repair phone agent was nice enough to direct me to the very website where techs sign up for

an interview and job position to work for Geeks On Repair, and I really liked when I saw that one of the requirements is that a tech agree to a background check before being in listed as a permanent tech. First off , and to be completely honest , we did not like

that the Geeks On Repair tech had arrived a little late, but he later more then made up for it by completely fixing our virus and networking problems on 2 Mac computers and a router. We record music and the problems had actually gotten worse after having called a different company to first take a look at it. Geeks On Repair successfully fixed what the other Geek company could not. We highly recommend Geeks On Repair to others.  Not sure what this tech is complaining about . He was in fact paid his $149 directly by customer. This I don't even think is a real person , this sounds like someone who knows someone who "heard" a story. Techs who do not follow instructions or who attempt to "steal" our customers are the only techs who do not get paid.
