Geeks on repair Jimmy is the man there I dealt with. overcharged, didnt answer phone, rude to me and repair man they contracted ilipsi New York

I spoke with a man named Jimmy from Geeks on Repair and was quoted dif prices,  then charged dif price at last minute,  He meaning Jimmy was to try and fix my computer with me at first.  T

This didnt work.  Then he said hed work on it from his end.  That didnt work.

 

I tried about 3x to reach Geeks in a span of a week, their phone had a recording saying that number was not expecting calls.

 

I went on line on my phone, found their 866 numb., called and was.told by Jimmy, oh didnt a repair tech come?? Nope I said, oh ill get you service.

 

Another 3 days goes by, phone number no good AGAIN!!

 

Then on Dec. 30 I had a repair Tech at my door, i didnt even knowwas coming.  He fixed my laptop, but it took him longer than expected, Geeks wanted 99.00 more dollars sent to Pay pal.  Whenbi refused he yelled at me and the innocent tech. Contracted.

 

I will contact Pay Pal, and my Discover card and stop.pmt.  I should have researched this co.

I am an ex employee of this company, who actually lost my job because of this particular persons LIES and bad remarks about the company.

Turns out both this person and the company were completely off,.....this person was wrong for lying and making up things , and they the company were wrong for believing this 2 faced lying person and firing me because of her lying words!!

 

Anyhow, i have now sent in my resume once again, since finding out the company won the chargeback this person did months ago!

Now everyone, including this persons credit card company, see the truth....that this individual is a cheat and a liar!

This person had no right to do a charge back against the company, and even less of a right to later slander their name online!

 

I still stand up for the company i once worked for, and im confident that now that this person (not customer) has LOST the chargeback against the company, i will soon have my job back.

 

THE REAL STORY IS THE FOLLOWING:

 

This lying 2 faced individual, who had an even bigger liar of a tech convince them to bi pass paying us and paying him directly instead....LOST THE CHARGEBACK AGAINST US!

Yes thats right....they LOST the chargeback dispute against us.....their card company smelled a rat, and so reversed their charge back IN OUR FAVOR!

So it goes to show, ...when your a lying , cheating , two faced customer and tech....maybe not all companies have the time or resources to win your chargebacks,...but the good banks know a cheat when they see one,...and this individual took all that time to write so badly about us.....knowing they were the one in the wrong, working out a deal with a sniveling , conniving tech,..and later charging back our hard earned marketing and computer repair work....well there you have it.....JIMMY IS THE MAN!!! LOL ,....i love that part.

This company has been around a long time , and this customer is really only upset because she had to pay an extra $99 because of the tech having been onsite for 2hrs instead of 1hr,  something she was told would happen if the onsite visit took more than her first FREE hour.

She knew this ahead of time and was told this the very day she first called in.

We looked this customers name up through public records , turns out she has been known to incur substantial debt ( that has been sent to collections years ago ) and she had a criminal record.

 

the fact that there even exists complaints about this company who's been around for years shows they have serviced many customers over the years that are happy,... And this here is just one unfortunately sad, lying , cheat of a customer that has a lot to more to complain about then this good company
