I used to operate my own computer/electronics repair business. One day I receieved a call from Geeks on Repair looking for local assistance to repair one of their customers computers. They informed me that I was not to inform the client about my own computer repair business, and that I must represent Geeks on Repair during the house call. I performed the house-call and repaired the customers computer as requested. When I submitted my paperwork to recieve payment they said it wasn't scanned properly, and to try again. I did, and re-submitted payment. After several days I inquired about the status of my payment. It was in-process. Several more days went by and still no payment. Finally I gave up and wrote off the entire ordeal.

But now, about 6 months later, I just received another text message and email from them. They want to send me on another job to repair another computer. They still have not paid for the first job I did for them. So not only did I waste 2 gallons of gas and an hour of my time on their first job, but now they want me to do it all over again. 

This business is not legitimate. They don't really care about the condition of the clients equipment, or their satisfaction, and they don't care if they keep their partners happy. They will step on you to get into your wallet and you will never hear from them again.

Buyer, and technician, beware!

  These bad reports here on rip off report were all writen by angry techs , not customers. I'm sure there will now soon be more reports from techs trying to pass OFF for customers, after my writing this. These angry techs , the reason they are angry is because they like to do things their way , not the way we ask. They like to make themselves think they work for themselves , they're their own boss, they work according to their schedule , etc. Here is where the problem lays , it's my hard earned money that they are expending and wasting , it's my customers who they later do not want to warranty ( if it were their own customers it would be a different story ), I then have to pay a different tech to go out and warranty what first tech was too lazy to go back out and take care of . What do I do ? I don't pay the first tech who did not complete his work properly and later when asked to go warranty his work resfused to do so. I instead pay the new tech who goes out and fixes what the first tech didn't fix and what the first tech didn't want to warranty. What happens next is what you see here , ....a few techs get together and start attacking us from all angles and all over the Internet , some passing off as customers to inflict more online damage. Truth is , our customers are extremely happy with us , you can hear the actual phone call voice recordings on our testimonials page on our website. Our making our customers happy is our priority , and sometimes this means getting rid of ungrateful and greedy techs. If I had a penny for every dollar techs have stolen from me over the last 10 years I would be a rich man. There is an inate sense of "im my own boss, I'm doing geeks a favor " running around in the minds of some of these lousy techs , that it later shows in their work and how they treat our customers. I'm not sure who this tech is , but if we didn't pay him, it's probably because of something he did to our customer or didn't do for our customer. Or possibly for skimming hours from us , which is RUN of then mill for many of these contractors Bring it on buddy , we don't need any new customers , we have our hands full with thousands of unlimited plan customers who keep calling us back.
