They promised a time window, which they did not fill and the person came the next day, he was totally unqualified, offered to put in a network for me and told me he was an independent contractor not working for Geeks on Repair. He put in a product that was not compatible with windows 8 and then blamed me for not getting a laptop that was windows 7. He rambled on about his personal life, and listened in on my business and personal conversations. Long story short, Network only works on Macs, Have a limited use for what he did, He admitted to us that he has no formal training with computers and he had to come back four times only to leave the job undone. He told me in e-mails that he is now in therapy because of me as I told him i was unhappy with the job!! What kind of lunatic did they send me and where did they get him?? What a ripoff.

I did a job for Geeks on Repair and it was great. I was able to resovle the customers issue within the first five minutes of arriving. The customer was very please with the service I provided her on behalf of geeks on repair and they paid me before I even left the customers house. It was a great experience for all and look forward to future work from them.

Professionalism of Technicians

I am a contractor for Geeks on Repair, and not only can I vouch for the fact that I am extremely thorough in my assesment, but a quality technician. They went through an in depth process and were very specific and detailed in selecting me.
Not only are they professional, but I always make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave and they have my payment in my account before I leave the premesis. I have never had any reason to believe that they are anything but professional.
As an example, today I went on a repair call. The customer thought she had viruses on her computer. I did a thorough examination of the PC on premesis and determined it was the cooling fan for the CPU. The customer was extremely satisfied. In addition Geeks on Repair even asked the customer if there was anything else they would like me to look at since it was still within the hour.
I am sorry about your experience, but I have no reason to believe they are anything but professional.
