H & R BLOCK They blatently lied to me about the qualifications for their emerald line advance. They are liars. Kansas City, Missouri

Called Hr block customer service asking about their emerald line advance. Asked if i filed my taxes online through their company if I qualified and they said i did. Called a local branch and asked the same question. The local branch asked me for my social and stated they saw me in their system and I was indeed a customer.

Went into another hr and block to have the application done, and i received a denial letter stating i was not an h and r block customer. called their customer service back while in the office and asked the same question again, in which i was told again that i qualified,

the local branch was puzzled and then it became a screaming match between the so called tak professional in the office and the customer serivce rep. each of them telling me that the other one was lying.

When it was all said and done i left with no loan and an hour and a half wasted out of my day. I just didnt understand how one office and customer service said one thing, and where i went said something different. I will not be using them for my taxes ever again. they are liars and crooks
