Ordered a battery pack for Iphone. Performed all necessary voucher work. Never received product. Customer service provided no help only to wrongly say they would respond in 24 hours, then told me to submit the voucher (which was done) and now are not responding at all.

I believe I am correct in that these companies get a portion of what you purchase from their fraudulent vendors, in this case Apple xoxo. So, in effect they both took my money.

So, learn from my $30 dollar lesson do not use this rippoff company. They have no control over their vendors and do not care whether you get your product or not. Find a product there and then search and buy from an ethical and customer oriented vendor.
