Half Off Depot Half Off Depot should be called RIP OFF Depot, Internet

Half Off Depot's customer service is non existent.  No wonder they don't publish a phone number...EVERYONE woud be calling them.  They go to great lengths to sell you services and vouchers, but if there is a problem with one of them, you must submit a claim and YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.  It is interesting that as soon as you file your claim they send you an acknowledgement email and specifically tell you NOT to resubmit another request, because it will slow down the process?  Slow down? 

You never hear back from them!  I have a voucher that the merchant would not honor.  I asked for a credit (not cash) over 10 days go---nothing.  You can "check the status of your request" and it hasn't moved.   Apparently there are many other people who have experienced the same thing.  I have been a long time customer of half off depot, and have been fortunate not to have issues.  However, this experience has turned me off and there will be no more ordrs from me!
