Half Off Depot nCrowd Their purchase guarantee is WORTHLESS atlanta Georgia

  I purchased an offer from Half Off Depot (now owned by nCrowd), an online discount coupon company, for a beauty service consisting of 20 units of Botox to be provided by LifeSpring Medical in Atlanta.  The coupon had an expiration date of 12 months and Half Off Depot's guarantee stated that patients who are not candidates for the service would receive a full refund.  

  When I visited LifeSpring Medical I was told by the owner/doctor that I was not a candidate for the procedure and suggested I contact Half Off depot to get a full refund per the guarantee.  I've tried to contact Half Off Depot for several months now both by phone or via email, including their own online trouble ticket website feature.

  They emailed me after a month stating they couldn't find any information pertaining to my purchase which was ridiculous since all the info I provided them came from their website and I, as a consumer, could clearly see it online.  So couldn't they?  Once again, I had to provide them with all the details and wait.

  I've since contacted them again, after waiting months, and still no answer and no credit.  Eventually I got fed up and spoke with LifeSpring Medical who said Half Off Depot is a "terrible" company with no customer service and how they've stopped dealing with them because of this problem.  

  I was never, ever able to get anyone to respond to me so we could have a meaningful discussion and resolve this issue.  I ended up asking LifeSpring Medical to provide me a credit against future services even though they don't sell anythingI need or anything valued at only $99, the price I paid for this coupon.  Now I find myself tying up $99 cash for no good reason and with a medical provider who offers no services I need.  

  Don't ever deal with Half Off Depot or it's parent company, nCrowd.  Both are unresponvie and not worth it.  If you want a discount, just buy from groupon or living social, both of whom have guaranteed my purchases and more than once have made good on their guarantee without any issue.
