Half Off Depot Ordered Sheets from Half Off Depot that NEVER arrive and Half Off Depot says it is "not responsible" for its vendors Internet

I purchased a set of sheets from Half Off Depot and redeemed the product voucher approximately 3-5 days later to select the color of the sheets and provide the shipping address.  Shortly after redeeming the voucher, I received information that the sheets could arrive as late as a few weeks from the date of ordering so I wait believing that the vendor would ship the sheets.

After several weeks of waiting, there are no sheets.  I send Half Off Depot an email asking about the status of my sheet order and was told that Half Off Depot was "not responsible" for the vendors that advertised products on its site.  At first I was alarmed at this poor customer service and then I sent an email informing Half Off Depot that it WAS responsible for the vendor because it received a portion of the sale, it advertised the sale on its site and Half Off Depot was my point of contact for the sale.

Eventually I get an email from TagCo, the vendor.  At this point it has been several weeks and I filed a dispute with my credit card provider.  I tell TagCo that I filed a dispute and to please work with the credit card company as I just wanted the sheets.  More time goes by and still NO sheets.

TagCo recently tells me that it is no longer affiliated with Half Off Depot and to deal with Half Off Depot directly.  I contact Half Off Depot and was informed by another rude customer service representative that it does no give a refund on a "redeemed" voucher even if the "redeemed" voucher never has a product delivered.

Half Off Depot pushed responsibility to a vendor then to me but never looking at its role to ensure that a customer received a product that was ordered.  Prior to this event, I purchased several Half Off Depot restaurant coupons/vouchers and never had an issue.  Since this sheet ordeal I have basically stopped using Half Off Depot.  If only I kept with Groupon and could have avoided this issue!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HALF OFF DEPOT.
